We have been using lawn doctor for some years now. Kevin just finished my yard and I am very impressed with him. Kevin is very knowledgeable. I learned a lot from him about the care of my lawn today. Kevin is a keeper. Do not let him get away from the company. Please keep him on the route to do my lawn services. when bonuses are handed out, Kevin should be at the top of the list for a pay raise. I do not give kudos to everyone or five stars but today, Kevin’s professionalism and work ethic and knowledge deserved a five star rating. The Lawn Doctor is lucky to have Kevin as an employee. If I could give 10 stars I would. We had a severe issues with weeds and previously used TruGreen for months with what seemed to be weeds getting worse which resulted in re-sod of some of our lawn. Lawn doctor came out and after 2 applications all of our weeds were gone! Our lawn looks so healthy. They are responsive, prompt and knowledgeable. They provide an update when they come out and actually care about the treatments they are recommending to customers. I will be a lifelong customer! ~ Tierra G

Have been using Lawn Doctor for years because they keep my lawn looking great. I never worry about when and how to fertilize or weed my lawn as they have a schedule that takes care of everything. In fact, I believe I'm paying less for them to service than I was when I was buying fertilizer and weed killer and doing it myself! Todd is extremely professional and upfront. He tells you all your options, prices them out and lets you choose what services you prefer. He is great with pets as well. On his last visit, he noticed that my dog had experienced a seizure. No one was home and he stayed with the dog to make sure he would snap out of it. Awesome service at stellar prices! My lawn was a weed jungle that I couldn’t tame, I finally gave up and called Lawn Doctor. They successfully killed my jungle without harming the grass patches, and after a short time the whole yard turned lush and green. Zach was even kind enough to let my dog in after promptly communicating to me that he was out while I was gone. So, I have used Emerald Lawns, Tru Green and now Lawn Doctors. I just started with them but so far they have been very professional. Aaron took his time and talked to me. We walked the yard, discussed what we needed. He spent time in the yard. Which says a lot about this company. Kylin showed up prepared and ready to go work for my first Lawn Doctor yard appointment. He made contact with me before starting and answered all the questions I had in a professional manner. The yard inspection, fertilization, and weed treatment application was applied in an appropriate and efficient amount of time. ~ Ben S

I first tried to contract another big name (rhymes with Blue Clean) who had a real problem showing up and doing the job and when I would call with an issue would take 48+ hours to respond. When they did come they would spend about 5 minutes on site. Once i had them (all captured on Ring camera) show up, park in front of my house, walk across the street to my neighbors house (house numbers are chiseled in 6 inch high numbers on the mailbox) look at the landscapers working and leave noting “unable to perform service due to landscapers present”. That was the last straw. I noticed a Lawn Doctor sign in my neighbors beautiful lawn. I cancelled my contract with the other provider for failing to fulfill and contacted Lawn Doctor. They were very responsive, showed up when expected, and answered questions typically within the hour. Phone calls went to a local person rather than a national or overseas call center. My lawn is looking much better and my severe weed problems are resolving. In 6 months since hiring them they have never rescheduled an appointment and they always spend a significant amount of time on the visit doing the job thoroughly. I’m so glad I called them. I was using truegreen and they literally ruined my grass...weeds were everywhere. In just a short time all the weeds are gone! And what made me choose them is last year my neighbors had the greenest year in the neighborhood. While everyone else had brown dead patches, theirs was rich and green. My lawn has a burned spot and the Lawn doctor tech came and told me to encrease the time of my irrigation system. The extra water should take care of the heat stress. There was no charge for the the visit. ~ Tomas V
